Payments for Rates and Water can be made to Hay Shire Council using the following methods:
 

Hardship Concession Support

Hay Shire Council has assistance for rate payers who may have come into difficulty, the Hardship Concession is equivalent to the pensioner concession

Hay Shire Council has multiple was of paying your Rates and Water account for rate payers convenience. 

Internet Banking with BPAY

Payments can be made via internet banking using BPAY through your financial institution. You will need to quote the Biller Code: 686253 and customer reference number. Your cusomter reference number can be found on the bottom of your notice next toteh BPay logo.

Postbillpay - Online

Payments can be made online from the links below with Post Billpay online, your reference number and Billpay codes are on the bottom of your notice

Phone 131816 for the cost of a local call – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customer reference details are at the bottom of your notice.

In person 

You can pay your bills at the Hay Shire Council office at 134 Lachlan Street, Hay NSW , or at any Australia Post Office throughout Australia.
